Just a couple blocks to the beach, and the ocean view was stunning. It's not fancy but you're saving a ton! I also spotted dolphins by the pier during my stay.

The room was pretty dated and definitely needed some TLC. I noticed a few minor things like a stuck window and maybe a screen missing. Cleanliness was a bit of a concern since there was old food on the kitchenette floor. The sheets looked clean, but I still felt uncomfortable sleeping without clothes. The staff seemed nice, but the overall upkeep left a lot to be desired. I wasn't expecting luxury, but I hoped for better cleanliness.

Had a great time with friends exploring the nearby attractions and just a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of activities around! The location is quiet, making it a nice retreat after a day out. For future guests, keep in mind the kitchenette and spacious rooms are a plus, even if a bit dated. Definitely worth checking out.

One downside was the rusted kitchenette appliances. It was surprising to see how worn they were, which made cooking a bit tricky.

Our family stay was well-spent exploring the nearby golf courses, which were both enjoyable and convenient. The spacious double room provided ample space for our kids to play around, and we appreciated the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
